About Kiku
The name "Kiku" comes from Japan's most famous fall flower, a chrysanthemum. The unique character of this iconic flower is so that the Japanese royal family made it part of their very own family crest.
The restaurant has 50 seats, a sushi bar for six and a seasonal terrace for 12.
Japanese cuisine is an art in which aesthetics stem from product freshness and quality where preparation is as critical as presentation. The dishes must be pleasing both to the palate and the eye, making Japanese cuisine a truly sensual and sensory experience.

"Creativity, simplicity, balance"
In this sense, Kiku modestly tries to master this art in skillfully preparing sushi and sashimi, teriyaki, tempura, soba and a vast assortment of other succulent dishes you can only find here. Three basic elements embody Kiku's philosophy: creativity, simplicity and balance. Creativity to dazzle with original dishes; simplicity to allow for the experience of full unadulterated and natural flavours; and balance to beautifully bring together tastes, textures, ingredients and colours.
The attention to detail and aesthetics is reflected in the decor and even in the use of hand-made tableware. With all this in mind, Kiku tries to fulfill the needs and desires of its customers. For those with a taste for the unknown and the wildly creative, the chefs at Kiku will gladly prepare special dishes to delight your whims and fancies on the spot.
